Brew Tea by Christy V.

I will ponder tea brewing

First pick the tea leaves

That you need at the moment

Black, green, white, or any blend

Fill your tea kettle with fresh water

The tea determines the temperature

Amount of tea determines the cups

Loose leaf tea in an infuser or teapot

Or a really good tea bag I won’t judge

These determine the time of brew

Don’t steep too much or it’ll be bitter

Might add milk for black, and add sugar

You could add lemon or honey instead

Take your time and make your cup

It will be good with every sip

It’s always time for a cup of tea
