Springtime by Christy V.

More rabbits appear in springtime

Even with confused weather

Through the shift of climate

They sense the renewal of life

We sense it too and make changes

Especially those with faith

That makes us shift our souls

Rabbits know where is best

They find places that provide

Everything they need

Food, shelter, and others

To make their lives just right

We try to do the same

Many rabbits enjoy to play

Responding to each other’s moves

Showing their happiness

With many skips and hops

In the springtime

Many enjoy games too

Focusing more on the teams

That work for each score

They may skip and hop

Towards each success

Then look to the future

Countdown to what’s next

The rabbits are waiting

To see what we’ll do

Just as we watch them

Waiting for their next move
