All day you felt waves

Pulling you back and forth

As if the moon directed it all

Almost all day rushing to catch up

You crashed onto the shore

Where you found glimmers

That swept away the dark

And brought to focus the best

Eventually you see the moon

Close and bright on a Spring night

And realize you’ll be alright
